This is a full time position joining the latest edition to our Retail Branch network in Shepparton, VIC. The role includes service, maintenance, project installation and commissioning on a broad range of small and large scale irrigation systems throughout the Riverina.
Job Description
The successful applicant will be mechanically minded, highly motivated with a strong interest in the Irrigation Sector. Reporting to the Branch Manager it would be considered beneficial for the Service Technician to have experience, but not essential in the following:
Direct liaison with our valued customers
Carry out maintenance and installation of irrigation pump/filtration stations and componentry to a high level
Have an understanding of pump & filtration system operations
Be competent in the use of irrigation & backflush controllers
Carry out irrigation system flow and pressure testing for diagnostics & commissioning
Carry out written service reports
Be available to travel to sites with stayovers on occasion
