We are seeking a highly motivated Procurement officer to join our team at Irribiz, a division of ICI Industries. As a Procurement Officer, you will be responsible for purchasing of product for stock and or for client projects, supplier price update and general inventory and dispatch control management.

Job Description
Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for:
Purchasing of goods
Collate and organise all import documentation for shipments for imported products
Dispatch internal and external orders and reconcile freight charges
Obtaining freight quotations as required from domestic and international shipping companies
Supplier Price updates
Picking, packing and verifying materials before materials go to site
General inventory control and management
To be successful for this position you will have:
Excellent phone manner
Great organisational and customer service skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Sound computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)
Enthusiasm and willingness to learn and grow
An ability to work in a team environment as well as working with minimal supervision
