Job Description

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive sales growth and expand our customer base in your assigned territory
  • Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with clients
  • Understand customer needs and recommend tailored Irribiz solutions
  • Provide technical expertise and product support to ensure customer success
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and support
  • Identify new business opportunities through market insights and feedback

    What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in technical sales, account management, or agribusiness
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to translate technical information into customer-friendly language
  • Knowledge of irrigation systems or agricultural technology (preferred)
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical or sales role
