We currently have an opening for a Form Roller - Coordinator Operator to join our growing team.
The Form Roller - Coordinator Operator is responsible for the Hydroponic Gutter supply process commencing with sales assistance through to performing on site gutter fabrication.
The role involves assisting the sales department in generating accurate customer quotes. Additionally, close collaboration with project managers and procurement team is required to ensure all Growing Systems projects meet key milestones for materials delivery and installation.
In collaboration with the procurement & logistics specialists your role assists in planning the shipping and freight movements of the form rolling machine. As the Operator you will also be responsible for operating, adjusting, and maintaining the roll forming machine to ensure quality gutters are produced to the clients’ specifications. Additional duties include loading and unloading the machine for transport between sites.
This position offers the opportunity to work with the latest and most advanced equipment in the Australian horticultural industry. As the company supplies and services clients nationwide, the Form Roller - Coordinator Operator must be willing to commit to flexible working hours and travel. A flexible base location will be offered to the right candidate.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience operating machinery similar to a Gutter Roll Forming Machine
- Mechanically minded, with electrical and technical aptitude
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through skills
- Ability to work independently, delivering tasks on time and to a high standard
- Excellent customer service skills and professionalism
- Eligibility for a full Australian driver’s license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
