Job Description
As part of the National Project Team (NPT), we are looking for someone who can assist the NPT Administrator with general administration duties and provide quality communication within the team.
Reporting to the NPT Administrator, the Administration Assistant is responsible for:
Effective communication within the NPT as well as branch offices
Maintaining our in-house customer relationship management system
Administration assistance within the Projects team including, but not limited to:
project reporting, including budgets and pricing
assisting project managers with cost analysis
attending project meetings and taking meeting minutes
Assisting with development of processes and procedures; updates; electronic filing; archiving and general maintenance of electronic project files.
The successful candidate will have:
Excellent Customer service and telephone manner
Strong Excel and Word capability, or willingness to advance their skills.
An understanding of basic budgets
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail
